Tunic is my personal favorite style of tops to wear with jeans, tights and long skirts. Tunics offer the best in clothing: they are comfortable, flattering, feminine and dramatic. I prefer asymmetry in tunics, and usually choose natural materials which breath or flow around your body, like cotton gauze, silk or linen, with woven fabrics being my number one choice. For colder weather, I create tunics out of knitted materials, like heavy linen/silk blends, soft wools, cashmere and blends, which are almost like coats, poncho-style, roomy and comfortable.
