We will be happy to take any item back on the following terms:
- Please contact us for return authorization using our contact form. Be sure to include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and a brief description of why you are returning the item. We will respond to your request with a return authorization email that will include our shipping address for returns.
- For reasons which are obvious upon receipt of the item (such as wrong color, wrong fit, too short, didn't like, etc.) please let us know right away that you will be returning the item.
- You have up to 7 days from the time of receipt to obtain return authorization, after which the package must be shipped back promptly, to be received no later than 14 days from the same date (for domestic shipments; international must be mailed within 5 days of return authorization and received within 3 weeks of mailing).
- Package your return properly and include all original tags.
- Insure your package. On your invoice, if the price of the item(s) you're returning totals less than $500, you can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.* For returns totaling more than $500, ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.* (FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.)
* We will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund will be processed in just a few days. We must receive the item within the time frame specified in your return authorization, and the item must be in re-saleable condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The item must also be free of odors, such as perfumes or smoke, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge cleaning fees. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns that are improperly packaged or uninsured may be refused receipt. We reserve the right to authorize exchange only for certain items or situations.

We ship orders daily, Monday through Friday, via US Postal Service Priority Mail, and will ship your order within 48 hours of receipt. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Once your order is shipped, we will send you confirmation and tracking information for your package to the email address you provided to us with your order.
